Finished product :
- Finished product at ambient temperature
- Production Date and time clearly indicated
- A sample (at least 1 liter) for the analysis and four samples for confirmation
- Consider the required volume when the package is less than 1 liter.
Collected sample :
- Collecting samples in sterile bottles provided by the Microbiology Laboratory if the National Office of Thermalism and Hydrotherapy.
- Compliance with aseptic conditions of collecting such as running water, buckling…
- A sample (at least 1 liter) for the analysis and four samples for confirmation
- Consider the required volume when the package is less than 1 liter.
- In the case of collecting cold water, the temperature of the sample at the reception should be between 2°C and 8°C
- In the case of collecting hot water, the temperature of the sample at the reception should be less than the temperature at the collecting point.
- The time between the collecting and the receipt must not exceed 12 hours, otherwise the total germ testing at 22°c and 36°C will not be achieved by the laboratory.
